Deep Waters (SOLD)

Different shades of blue to reflect the movement and depth of the sea

I used a lot of layers to create the effect I wanted. I was so engaged with the painting that I felt the colours choose themselves and worked away effortlessly until it was completed.

It was chosen to be exhibited in New York last year as part of a "Blue Mind" exhibition at the Reg Lenna Centre for the Arts, Jamestown, New York I so wish I could have attended it!
